The funds will back the development of a portfolio of Italian logistics assets in two Lazio sites: Fara in Sabina and Campagnano di Roma. This financing marks a key milestone for Iron’s logistics platform in Italy and will enable the creation of new Grade-A logistics facilities in strategic Lazio locations, a region witnessing robust demand for state-of-the-art distribution infrastructure amid strong investor appetite.
